The anime adaptation of the popular camping-themed manga Laid-Back Camp, written and illustrated by Afro, just began its second season today, January 7th, 2021.
Fans of the excitable yet easily distracted pink-haired Nadeshiko Kagamihara may be happy to learn that a special new statue of her will be available this spring, featuring her in a look that is quite different than her usual camping garb.

This beautifully crafted 1/7 scale statue imagines Nadeshiko dressed in her traditional finery, the way she may look if she were to visit a shrine at the beginning of the year to pray for happiness and good fortune.
In this statue made by F:NEX, Nadeshiko appears in a beautiful bright orange kimono emblazoned with an auspicious image of the sunrise over Mt. Fuji, tying into the camping theme. Thanks to the detailed modeling, details such as her kimono hem fluttering in the wind and her gorgeous obi sash truly shine, making it a figure you can appreciate from all angles. Moreover, attention has been paid to small items such as hair ornaments and the candy apple in her hand, reflecting her sweet tooth and hearty appetite.
