This one is for bird-lovers

One of the most adorable birds of Japan, the シマエナガ Shima Enaga is a subspecies of the long-tailed bushtit (Aegithalos caudatus japonicus) only found in Hokkaido. Normally the species has black eyebrows in adulthood, but the Shima Enaga has adapted to the snowy white environment by losing its dark coloration, giving them pure white faces. It's no wonder they're called "winter fairies" by the locals.
