From May 13th to May 19th, butter specialty brand “Canoble” is opening a pop-up shop at the Ikebukuro location of TOBU department store During this event, there will be new product lineup release with a total of 7 new items including butter Japanese confectioneries, butter ice-cream, new butter sandwiches and butter cakes. These new items will later be available online for purchase starting May 21st in an effort to avoid large crowds during this pandemic.
The theme for this pop-up event is “Singularity and Human Errors”.
During a one year hiatus since their last pop-up event, it seems like CANOBLE has been really working on a new R&D concept and they will be offering to show the development they've made so far in this pop-up event. On top of their new Food 3D printer “TOPOLOGY”, which combines the latest "food technology" and real chef’s professional techniques, they have been developing new ways to pursue a better future of food.
In their concept “Singularity and Human Errors”, they wish to recognize human error as an accidental opportunity for further improvement, something only humans could create, which then hopefully leads to another cue to develop new technology, rather than simply seeing them as mistakes.
This will be a great opportunity for you to experience sophisticated artisans using the latest food technology.
Here are the details of the event.
