Yakiniku is a Japanese style of BBQ, Yaki means grilled(cooked), niku means meat. A traditional food style where you choose your specific part of beef and grill them on a grill that sits in the mid-area of the table.

Since Japan is well-known for its service and optional choices to their dear customers, many stores provide various cow's body parts for them to order. A famous Yakuniku chain store Marugotoitou has a break down list of over 15 body parts listed on their menu, for which the ordering can be tricky for beginners unless they have owned a cow before.

While enjoying Yakiniku, you also learn something from the table.
