It wasn't until last winter that Koa's owner Ryota found out he had a deeply spiritual cat in his hands. Koa's VIP chair is located right in front of a warm, cozy stove, and after an entire year of trial and error, he was finally able to find the best position to spread the incoming heat equally throughout his body. It looks like it was worth every effort, though, because he now sits in his chair for hours, sinking into a calm, meditative state like the Great Buddha of Kamakura.
