Osaka Prefecture’s Cafe Blow specializes in making pancakes. Committed to using fresh and simple ingredients, the cafe aims to create desserts which can be loved by all ages.
The cafe will be releasing a special peach menu throughout summer as part of their annual “Momo Fair”. The menu includes pancakes, parfaits and cheesecakes topped with fresh local peaches from Koyanagi Peach farm.
The peaches used for the summer menu dishes come from Koyanagi Peach farm, which produces four different peach varieties – Hakuho peach, Hinokawa Hakuho peach, Hachiman Hakuho peach and the Shimizu Hakuho peach.
Because the peach fields of Koyanagi peach farm are located on the slope of a mountain, the fruits receive the perfect amount of sunshine and a continuous fresh water supply. Each fruit is carefully examined by skilled peach connoisseurs before the the very best that meet strict standards are selected for sale.
The store also has a range of other speciality pancakes and desserts available which can be browsed through on their website menu.
