Experience all the thrills and the action of snowsports this season from the comfort and warmth of your own living room, with sports station J SPORTS’s broadcast of Freeride World Tour 2021.
Freeride World Tour is the world’s most prestigious freeride skiing and snowboarding competition, where professional athletes take to the slopes to compete with adrenaline-filled techniques and styles.
Since it’s first event which was held in Switzerland in 1996, the tournament has been continuously expanded year by year. Today, 150 events are held across the globe, which are categorised into the Freeride Junior Tour, Freeride World Qualifier and Freeride World Championships.
Freeride World Tour first landed on the slopes of Japan in 2017, and every year a fierce battle takes place at Japan’s Hakuba Village in Nagano Prefecture. With the high-quality of Japan’s powder snow, the event attracts many of the world’s best free riders and their fans.
This season you can watch the full coverage of Freeride World Tour 2021 as well as Toyo Tires Freeride Hakuba 2021 (Freeride World Qualifier event) for free on sports channel J SPORTS (J SPORTS can be enjoyed on cable TV whilst J SPORTS on-demand is a paid option).
