The New York Lounge, an all-day afternoon tea lounge and bar, will offer "Dark Princess Afternoon Tea - Alice in Wonderland" from April 1 (Thursday), 2021 to June 30 (Wednesday), 2021, in an elegant and luxurious space with large windows overlooking a majestic cathedral, high ceilings with sparkling chandeliers, and sofa seats for relaxing.

The Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, the Card Soldiers, and other characters from the story are used to express the theme of "dark princess" with primary accents in raspberries and chocolate. Of particular note is the "Queen of Hearts Raspberry Verrine" on the uppermost tier, which is a raspberry shortcake reconstructed in a cup. It's one of the hotel's pastry chef's specialties.

Enjoy the most Instagrammable afternoon tea in Nagoya. A special photo spot will be set up at the entrance of the store. You can imagine you've wandered into the world of "Alice in Wonderland".

"Dark Princess Afternoon Tea - Alice in Wonderland" Parfait

The Strings Hotel Nagoya is also offering a gorgeous parfait which alone is worth a visit but can also be combined with the afternoon tea set above.

This sophisticated and visually stunning parfait expresses a world of red and black with sweet and sour raspberries and dark chocolate. The upper section of the parfait is decorated with playing cards and the lower tier features Rosé Champagne infused with rose essence for a touch of luxury.
