Sakura Champagne Gateau

A petit gateau cake made with champagne flavoured pink bavarois cream. The fragrant mousse is accented by sweet and sour berries, and gives off a slight scent of cherry blossoms.
Pasteed around the cake, crispy macarons juxtapose the soft dreamy texture of the gateau.
