This summer, Osaka’s Hilton Hotel and Cinnamoroll are coming together to create the ‘sweets wonderland above the clouds’. The event is being held to celebrate Cinnamoroll being selected as the number one most popular Sanrio character in 2020, and is the perfect cafe day out for any sweet-toothed fans of the character.
The event will feature around 25 different kinds of fluffy sweets inspired by Cinnamoroll, which you won’t have to enjoy alone, as the venue will be decorated with other familiar Sanrio Characters such as Hello Kitty and My Melody.

Raindrops and Dance Yoghurt ring Cake

Recommended by Pastry chef Hyakuda, the Raindrops and Dance Yoghurt ring Cake features cloud-shaped meringue decorated with raindrop-shaped chocolate, marshmallow ‘clouds’ and adorable cinnamoroll wafer paper. The crunchy texture of the meringue is contrasted by melty mango cream and mousse.

Kurukuru Coffee Cup Peach Mousse

This eye-catching and colourful piece is made with the perfect balance of red peach compote and creamy vanilla mousse, and is decorated with cute Sanrio characters made out of chocolate.

Fuwamoko Cloud Mousse

Honey mousse, sudachi jelly, orange pulp and pistachio biscuits are hidden within this fluffy cloud-like mousse, featuring a beautiful pink-to-blue gradation.

Additionally, the cafe will stock a range of original cakes full of plenty of Cinnamoroll inspired cuteness, such as the Cinnamon cream bun, and the Brown sugar chocolate tart.

If you prefer sweet things that err a little bit more on the refreshing side, then these unicorn-inspired Marshmallow trifles dessert glasses, layered with raspberries and lychee cream are the perfect match for you.

The cafe will also offer a range of vegan sweets such as their almond panna cotta white peach compote, which is accented by hibiscus scent and rainbow coloured agar jelly.
