If you’ve been itching to get outside after being cooped up at home for months on end, but are understandably on edge about the risks involved whilst COVID-19 is still lurking around, then this socially distanced London double decker bus sightseeing tour might just be the escape you are looking for.

The tour is being provided by Upstar Co., which specialises in providing urban tour cruising services from the comfort of classic large vehicles. This time, the tour will take place inside a retro double decker ‘London Bus’, which is a well known tourist attraction in the capital of the UK. Utilizing the British icon, the tour meshes together two cultures into a one-of-a-kind tour of Tokyo.

The tour is a one-day-only event, taking place on the 23rd of September. Two time slots are available to book, and will be limited to the first 20 people who reserve a space.
The pricing has been revised to be more affordable for families, so that children and adults can enjoy the tour of Tokyo together.

Departing from Tokyo station, the Tokyo Sightseeing Double Decker London Bus Tour will cruise for an hour around the city, passing several sightseeing spots that represent the capital. The bus will introduce well known landmarks such as Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and the Olympic Venue amongst others.
From the second floor of the bus, which is around 4 meters above the ground, Tokyo should feel fresher than usual as it progresses through the city uninterrupted by the overwhelming busy feeling that is attached to it when exploring on foot.
