These Cat Siblings Sometimes Have A Little Too Much Love For Each Other
A ride on the Shinkansen (bullet train) in Japan can often rouse feelings of excitement in passengers. Speeding through the Japanese countryside, planning out your trip, and eating a tasty bento box you bought at the station, it really is one way to travel in style.
One thing that also adds to the atmosphere is the ‘wagon’ that a member of staff wheels through the train, selling warm coffee and various snacks.
Inspired by this iconic part of the bullet train experience, one cat owner in Japan created a video tribute, replacing the snacks with some irresistibly cute wares.
This cat owner has five cats in total, and runs the Twitter page @jirosan77, where you can see all the cute and funny antics these kitties get up to.
For the video you can see they really went all out, stocking the wagon with three feline offerings and adding station signs to the background, and even having the train announcements included.
The video was so popular that it gained over 43 thousand retweets and 176 thousand likes. The video itself has been viewed 2 million times.
