Studio Ghibli has once again partnered with the American brand L.L.Bean to deliver fans the most adorable mini classic Bean Boots with Ghibli characters popping out of them.
The key chains can already be purchased at the stores or via the internet, on the online shops.
The products feature two popular characters of the Studio Ghibli animation movies: Kiki’s companion, Jiji ジジ, from the film Kiki's Delivery Service (魔女の宅急便 majo no takkyūbin; lit. "the witch's delivery service") and White Mini Totoro from My Neighbor Totoro (となりのトトロ tonari no totoro), known as 小トトロ shōtotoro in Japanese.
Below you can have a closer look at the products and see more information regarding each of them:

Product information
※ The GBL My Neighbor Totoro L.L.Bean Boots Keychain White Mini Totoro, is available in physical stores, whereas the GBL Kiki's Delivery Service L.L.Bean Boot Keychain Jiji is available at the GBL MIYASHITA PARK store, the Donguri Kyōwakoku Shinsaibashi store, and the Donguri Kyōwakoku Sora no Ue Online Store.
Both the products are irresistible for fans of the Studio Ghibli movies, and I particularly love how the characters come out of the mini boots.
The pattern of the boots also looks natural, and I thought that the small details such as the sewed part and the color choice make it a lot more unique and a perfect choice for any generation.
The keychains will also make a great gift whether you are a fan of Ghibli or not (however, I have yet come to find someone who doesn’t love the masterpieces Studio Ghibli created).
Besides the two products above, I also recommend the character bags (100% cotton) made in collaboration with L.L.Bean.
The bags come in M size and cost 14,300 yen each (tax included). You can choose from four models: Cat Bus- blue or green, or Totoro- blue or green.
You can purchase them at the GBL MIYASHITA PARK store, the Donguri Kyōwakoku Shinsaibashi store, and the Donguri Kyōwakoku Sora no Ue Online Store.
