In the meantime, the camera man kindly suggested that there are plenty other trees around, but the little koala seems to favor the one that was stolen. After a couple tries, the brave young fellow finally claimed the tree by nightfall.
As most of us may feel heartbroken, it is a regular natural behavior of mating and territory fighting during this time of season. Anyhow, possibly they were not fighting for the sunshine, maybe some tasty food is up on that tree!
