Recently, McDonald’s Japan is shaking up some new interesting ideas. Rather than providing new meals or chocolate fries, they decided to draw in customers by serving hachimitsu (honey lemon) shake. A new direction to go easy on the calories with less sugary.
McDonald’s new honey lemon shake uses Japanese ingredients, with domestic honey and lemon grown in the Setouchi region, the country’s number one lemon- producing area.
The Honey Lemon McShake by McSweets, will first roll out at 150 McDonald’s locations in Japan on February 19th, and will be available at all locations across the country on February 23.
