It's no secret that the diverse scenery found in Japan can make for stunning photography, and sometimes even hauntingly beautiful pictures. However, it is easy to get caught up in the sensationalized bright lights and glamour of tourist attractions and famous eateries. Fortunately there are many talented photographers, Japanese and foreign travelers alike, who haven't forgotten about the natural beauty that surrounds them and remind us with their work. One such outlet for that is Tokyo Camera Club, a photography network where photographers are sharing breathtaking pictures of Japan.
Tokyo Camera Club is a submissions-based photography community for those who love both Japan and photography. Despite the name, the community accepts and posts pictures from all over Japan, and is a great source of Japan-themed photography that allows you to see sides of Japan, both new and nostalgic, through the artistic lens of the each individual who takes them. It's a great follow on both Instagram and Facebook, for regular snapshots of scenic beauty in Japan.
Of special note is just how awesome these photographers can capture one of Japan's most emblematic natural beauties--sakura!
There's even sakura with your tea!
Tokyo Camera Club's beautiful photography collection grows by the day, so if you would like to see more stunning photographs of sakura and other gorgeous scenes from Japan, be sure to check them out.
