Female travelers looking for a place to stay in Tokyo this summer are in luck, because guests staying at the Rihga Royal Hotel from July 1st to September 30th will get to take home a complete yukata set after enjoying a luxuriously spent vacation. This special summer accommodation plan is for women only, and is extremely popular among travelers every year.

Needless to say, the main feature of the Girls Yukata Stay plan is the full yukata set that guests are given for free. The 7-piece set includes a yukata, obi (sash), geta sandals, koshi-himo (narrow sash), obi-ita (thin stiffening board), bag, and an instruction manual explaining how to properly wear a yukata. The design of the yukata won’t be a surprise, either, as guests can choose out of a summery selection of various colors and patterns.

In addition to the yukata set, the hotel will also be giving out free Bath Ice Creamy bath bombs shaped like popsicles. Plopping them into a warm bath is sure to be the cherry on top of a memorable day spent going to summer festivals and watching fireworks under the night sky.
For those who want to go out in their new yukata but aren’t too confident about how to put it all on, the hotel has a Shiseido beauty salon on the 4th floor where they’ll help anyone with their yukata and offer to do their hair and nails.

Rates start at 18,500 yen (US$166) for a single room for two people. Those staying on Fridays will have to pay an extra 3,000 yen (US$27), while guests staying the day before a holiday will have to pay an additional 5,000 yen (US$45). A choice of a breakfast or lunch buffet is also included in the plan.
