The Sunday Living Live series at the restaurant will feature a piano concert by Alex J.D, a handsome young Italian pianist and actor with a perfect pitch and a charming smile. You can look forward to Japanese film music like Joe Hisaishi's "Summer" from Takeshi Kitano's film Kikujiro, beloved Disney classics and original compositions performed in public for the first time.

Hailing from Thiene, Italy, Alex J.D studied Japanese culture in addition to music and acting at the Ca Foscari University of Venice. Deeply moved by Japan's rich history and cultural heritage, he became fascinated with Japanese temples and shrines. Also passionate about Japanese film, being a fan of Akira Kurosawa as well as Takeshi Kitano, he decided to pursue acting. Since moving to Japan four years ago, he is enjoying life as an actor and musician.

His virtuoso rendition of "Summer" on Fuji TV's popular talent show TEPPEN (No. 15) last September earned him third place, along with a place in the hearts of many Japanese fans. Here's his Tweet from after the show:
