I used to work at an ESL school for young children. And while it was mostly a happy environment, I quickly grew accustomed to the weary and worn-out expressions many mothers and fathers occasionally wore—especially parents of younger children. For them, it's just another day in paradise.
Indeed, as we’ve touched on before, the whole parenting thing is anything but easy. Manga artist Sayaka Ameno 雨野さやか (@ameno_sayaka) recently wrote about a working man struggling to connect to his role as a father.
