What better way to beat the heat than enjoying cold beverages. Anyone who has visited Japan knows that convenience stores and supermarkets will always stock a large variety of canned cocktail beverages, which come in a dizzying array of flavors that change from season to season. Many of these cocktails are shochu-based chu-hai cocktails, and one of the most famous brands is Kirin's Hyōketsu®.

Nilax Co., Ltd. has added the popular Kirin Hyoketsu® Lemon to their all-you-can-drink alcohol menu offered at 51 of their buffet restaurants throughout Japan, including the "all-you-can-eat theme parks" グランブッフェ Grand Buffet and エクスブルー Ex Blue, as well as other locations (see below for full list).

Nilax's ニラックスブッフェ "Nilux Buffet" service provides all-you-can-eat dining at the buffet restaurants they operate. For example, you can enjoy Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine at their Grand Buffet and Ex Blue branches, dim sum at their ザ ブッフェ包包點心 THE BUFFET Baobao Tenshin branches, and shabu-shabu and other Japanese dishes at ブッフェレストラン八献 Buffet Restaurant Hakkon.

Kirin Hyoketsu® Lemon is provided to the restaurants as a concentrate and served in dispensers at the alcohol bar. It's self-serve, so you can choose the concentration you like, or mix it up with other beverages and ingredients for your own original twist!
