Largely inspired by anime culture, Japan Eden created a line of products called “Anime Contacts.” Japanese girls can wear special anime contacts to make their eyes sparkle and shiny... like the characters in anime!
As for now, Anime Contacts are strictly for cosmetic purposes, and not available for prescription. However, if you go on their website, you may one day see a drop-down menu to put an order for prescribed lenses. Anime Contacts comes in three different kinds of lenses.
The Ururu Eye (Teary Eye), the word ururu in Japanese means "watery" - this is intended to give eyes a shimmery and lively appearance.

The Kirakira Eye (Sparkling Eye) focuses its effects on the edges of the irises. They describe it as “mature cute.”
