As we introduced last year, capsule toy and novelty goods maker Kitan Club came out with a very kawaii toy series featuring hamsters and a sunny-side up fried egg, an obvious breakfast-themed pun on "ham and egg."

If you missed your chance to get one last year, you'll be glad to know the toy is making a comeback with additional characters pairing lovable hamsters and eggs in new, adorable ways.

You'll find golden, black, and sapphire hamsters using an egg as a head covering, playing with an egg on their tummies or dozing off under an eggy blanket.

Here are the three poses, each one in two different hamster types:

Aomuke　あおむけ: lying on its back

Hokkamuri ほっかむり: covering its head

Oyasumi　おやすみ: Good night

Each toy will cost JPY 200 (incl. tax) and will be available from April 14th, 2020 in capsule toy dispensers and other stores where Kitan Club toys are sold.
