The pudding features the store’s classic ‘smooth pudding’ topped with a beautiful blue ramune-flavoured jelly, that when held up to the sunlight seems to shine like a sky on a bright summer’s day.
The classic smooth pudding base is made by mixing local ingredients from the prefecture with top-of-the-range vanilla beans from Madagascar. The jelly and pudding come together and create a refreshing treat that can be enjoyed on a hot midsummer's day.
