Soy beautiful! Japanese manicurist’s 3D nail art exceeds soy sauce-loving client’s expectations

PONO (@joyeux_ponopono) is a manicurist who travels to the homes of her clients for treatments.

Recently, she received an unexpected "unique request" from a sushi-loving client who always makes unusual orders.

Please take a look at the impressive three-dimensional nail art she created:

"Soy sauce nails!!! The soy sauce inside the fish(-shaped packets) moves!"

Sushi at your fingertips...!

The soy sauce droplets are well reproduced on a Japanese pattern background that resembles a plate you might see at a Japanese sushi restaurant.

The three-dimensional parts such as the sashimi and the fish-shaped soy sauce packets are so well reproduced they're a pleasure to admire.

According to PONO, her client was enjoying some sushi when she got the idea and then called PONO for an appointment and to explain her unusual request. She asked PONO to make it a sushi theme with a special focus on soy sauce.

Before visiting her client, PONO needed to prepare all the parts, but she contacted her client to show her work in progress when the soy sauce packet was finished. Her customer was delighted with PONO's work.

Reacting to PONO's impressive nail art which revealed the special care and attention to detail she put into it, Twitter users left numerous comments, calling her creation "cute" and praising her for her "having really good taste."
