Dog And Owner’s Perfect Duet
As those who own dogs or enjoy watching them on social media probably know, some dogs are more expressive than others. Lucky, a Corgi in Japan, most certainly falls into the "more expressive" group. Partly thanks to his human, ももぽい Momopoi (@momopoi), who has the knack of taking just the right picture at the right time, but mostly thanks to Lucky's innate charm, the cute dog has quite the fan club.
When Momopoi took pictures of Lucky's excitement in front of lobsters at dinner time and posted them on Twitter, they quickly went viral, garnering over 123,000 likes at the time of writing.

"He was super excited about the lobsters the whole time."
The way his eyes widened, you can't tell what emotion he's feeling but what's clear is he's amazed!
According to Momopoi, this isn't the first time Lucky has been so expressive in front of seafood, as you can see when he reacted to frozen crab being delivered to their home:
"My gifts from my hometown tax* payment arrived. Somehow, I managed to fit it into the freezer (...)"
* 故郷納税 (furusato nōzei "hometown tax") is a system in Japan that allows residents to redirect their tax payments to a rural community in exchange for gifts.
His reaction was such that Momopoi, in a follow-up comment, asked "I wonder why he likes crustaceans even though he's never eaten them before..."
Lucky's reaction elicited many responses, such as:
Who knows? With a face like that, we wouldn't be surprised if some Japanese seafood chains are thinking of contacting Lucky's owner for a potential commercial deal, if they haven't already!
