On March 3rd, many in Japan celebrated hinamatsuri, a festival (often translated as "Girl's Day") that sees many households put up traditional ornamental doll displays as a means of praying for the wellbeing and success of young women in the family.
Japanese Twitter user @senpai_hamu lives with a number of adorable hamsters, and one of them, Yume, was not going to miss her Girl's Day celebration for the world.
Perhaps seeking a Girl's Day blessing and a cuddling partner at the same time, Yume found a new friend in one of @senpai_hamu's dolls on display:

Yume couldn't keep her cuddles to just one doll, however, and decided to get in some extra hugs for good measure.
Many on Twitter were delighted by Yume's fascination with the dolls, as well as the perfect fit she made right in between their arms. Hopefully some good Girl's Day luck rubbed off on her!
