"When I see something like this I can't possibly go to work..."
Japanese Twitter user and owner of four cats @potechi_nikki shared a photo with that caption that captures a feeling cat lovers know all too well.
@potechi_nikki recently left for work one morning, and turned back to look at their house before finally departing. They were greeted by a scene so adorable but frustrating they had to snap a picture and share it on Twitter. You'll definitely understand their words when you see what they saw!

@potechi_nikki's cats had all lined up at the window to see them off, and perhaps begin their long wait until they came back from work. Seeing their adorable longing stares as you leave would be enough to make anyone consider phoning in sick.
Many sympathetic cat lovers left comments on the post, sharing the sentiment:
"I love it! I wish I could be seen off like this!"
"So cute...it makes you so happy, but it also hurts!"
"This is something that makes you want to take off work. It would make me want to turn back!"
