Since the room was first opened in July 2019, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa has been welcoming hundreds of Naruto fans looking to bring their shinobi dreams to life at their “Japanese Ninja Suite”. The Naruto-themed room is full of motifs taken straight out of the anime, from the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style greeting guests at the entrance, to shinobi symbols and character portraits adorning the walls.
This summer, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa is holding a “Summer of Uchiha” event to celebrate the birthday of one of the most important characters of the series, Naruto’s longterm rival, Sasuke Uchiha. The event started two weeks before Sasuke’s canonical birthday, July 23rd, and will be running for ten weeks until September 11, 2022.
As part of the “Summer of Uchiha” event, the hotel bedroom will be redecorated with dynamic images of Sasuke and his brother Itachi. Guests who receive a “Shinobi Certificate” for completing the guest training side-event will also receive special edition certificates during their stay.
Guests can also purchase cakes, macarons, and lattes printed with an image of the Uchiha brothers at the hotel’s Macaroni Club restaurant. Outside the hotel, guests can visit the Naruto x Boruto Hidden Village of Konoha attraction inside the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park next door to find more Uchiha-themed merchandise, such as ema wooden votive plaques, pens, and keychains.
You can find more information about Highland Resort Hotel & Spa’s Naruto-themed room on their official English website.
