Star Wars fans in Japan rejoiced when it was announced that the 2015 Aomori Nebuta Festival would feature four Star Wars themed floats done up in a traditional Japanese style, but it turns out that that's their appearance was not just one time only.

These displays come in the form of nebuta floats, which are constructed of the traditional Japanese paper that you might see in old-fashioned lanterns. Illuminated by candle-light or actual electric lights from the inside, the floats usually depict famous Japanese deities, characters of folklore, or more recently, popular characters of fiction. While these awesome floats were already paraded at the 2015 Aomori Nebuta Festival, they will now be making a special appearance at the Kawasaki Halloween 2015 event--giving people who couldn't make the long trek to Aomori a good chance to see them in their wonder.

Fan favorites such as Yoda, C-3PO, R2-D2, Darth Vader, Darth Maul, and even a float containing new characters from the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens are included below.

Those interested in seeing the floats can do so on October 25th, in Kawasaki city during the afternoon.
