Being able to take a good selfie is by now a highly necessary life skill. And even though most humans seem to have gotten the hang of it one way or another, the animal kingdom appeared to have been one step behind — until now, at least.

While we’ve seen confused Shibas still trying to perfect the art of group pictures, one cat is taking the internet by storm with his impeccable selfie skills.

Meet Manny the cat.

Instagram user and Manny’s beloved human @yoremahm says the gray kitty is fascinated by GoPro cameras; so much so that whenever he spots one, he reaches out and snaps an adorable shot.

Manny’s love for this worldwide obsession came to be when he accidentally learned to use the camera during one of @yoremahm’s photoshoots one day. Ever since then, he’s been taking selfies both solo and with his other furry friends.

Manny and his human met by chance: having showed up as a stray not long after @yoremahm’s old had died, Manny was taken in with open arms. They’ve been together ever since.

Perhaps it was destiny that @yoremahm’s and Manny’s lives crossed paths. After all, they both take amazing photos!
