If it’s fluffy and delicious, chances are there’s a restaurant in Japan that has mastered how to make it. Turns out, though, that making tantalizingly soft delectables is a lot easier than it looks, and can be done with as little as 3 ingredients that many of us already have sitting in our fridges.
In a super easy-to-follow recipe, Japanese YouTuber ochikeron shows sweet tooths all over the world how to make a 3-Ingredient Soufflé Cheesecake (Japanese Cotton Cheesecake) using only eggs, white chocolate, and cream cheese. Although the video was first posted back in May 2013, it apparently blew up over the past few months and now boasts well over 9 million views.

The cheesecake only takes about an hour to make; roughly, the recipe consists of mixing the cream cheese and melted white chocolate, whipping the egg whites, mixing all the ingredients together, and throwing the batter in the oven. Ochikeron’s recipe makes 6 servings, but considering how delicious it looks, we could easily devour the entire cheesecake in one sitting.
Just in case this fluffy cheesecake isn't enough, you can visit ochikeron's YouTube channel for tons more mouthwatering recipes. She has even released a cookbook on Amazon Japan that you can use to broaden your culinary horizons with some home cooked Japanese meals!
