The Musashi Kyuryo National Government Park is located in Namegawa, Saitama Prefecture, on the Hiki Hills (Hiki Kyuryo) and it covers a large area of forests, and therefore you can enjoy many outdoors activities while there.
Every year, you can see events during every season and during November, I had the opportunity to enjoy the Hikari to Mori no Story (光と森のストリー/Story of Lights and Forests), an event held during fall where you could enjoy the autumn foliage and Halloween display while walking through the park.
