With a spinoff anime Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon airing in Japan from October 3rd, 2020 is going to be a very exciting year for fans of Rumiko Takahashi's highly popular Inuyasha manga and its two anime series.
If for some reason, you haven't seen it already, here's the trailer which just went up yesterday on Viz:
Inuyasha Retrospective Exhibition
Fans who find themselves in Japan this fall will also be able to enjoy a retrospective exhibition, entitled 『犬夜叉-アニメの軌跡展-』 Inuyasha: anime no kiseki ten (Inuyasha: exhibition tracing the history of the anime), which will provide a great opportunity to look back on the anime which aired from 2000 to 2004 over a total of 167 episodes.

As you can see in the poster image above, Rumiko Takashi has drawn an original illustration for the exhibition which was revealed today. The exhibition will travel to several destinations in Japan, from Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka, without failing to stop by Takahashi's home prefecture of Niigata as well.
The details will be updated on the official exhibition website in the months to come, but according to the press release, it will provide "an immersive experience of the world of Inuyasha" with plenty of commemorative goods on sale.
