Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) is one of the popular spring entertainment outings inJapan.
Sakura are indeed beautiful in the daylight, but the beautiful appearance of Yozakura (night cherry blossom) is also a quite breath-taking view.
Today, we would like to introduce these beautiful photos of “Yozakura”, taken by photographer Yukari Mitani (@mitsuyuka_lp) in the suburb of Kagawa prefecture.
“This looks like from a fantasy world” “This is even sensual...” are some of the comments people have left for these three dreamy photos.

"Yozakura in Kagawa suburb was just too dreamy for words."
The reflection on the water shows the cherry blossoms in full bloom.
Flowers are lit by the colorful lanterns floating in the night air, as if to capture your heart, too.
The trees standing along the water canal makes you feel like you are looking through a tunnel made of cherry blossoms.
This gorgeous, dreamy view of Yozakura almost makes you forget that you are in the middle of a residential area.
"So beautiful… Feels like I’m in a dream."
"Never knew such a beautiful view existed in suburb!"
"This is too beautiful to be real. It looks like a painting."
A view like this would be so perfect and therapeutic to see on your way home after a long day!
