This Shiba Inu Greets Other Dogs With The Most Adorable Song And Dance Routine

Maru まる is a handsome shiba inu living in the city of Uozu in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. His human caretaker has created an account for him at (@marutheshiba). He's even been on TV.
Although he's already 12 years old, he's still full of vitality and not afraid to express himself. Like many other dogs, he has ways of getting his human's attention when he's hungry.
But Maru has a particularly effective and visually impactful way of showing he wants food.
See for yourself. In a Tweet that garnered over 92,000 likes at the time of writing, you can see that Maru (unlike the passive-aggressive Russian cat in the second video) takes quite an active and hilarious approach to the problem.
First, he barks two times to get his owner's attention.

Once he's done, he gives his owner a willful stare, waiting for him to comply.

The hilarious routine makes it clear, without the shadow of a doubt, that Maru wants to be fed! According to his human owner, Maru was hungry for a snack.
As it turns out, this wasn't an isolated event. Maru is quite popular for his bowl-throwing technique:
