Earlier this year, celebrations for the first Harry Potter film’s 20th anniversary kicked off in Japan with an awesome themed cafe. This event may be over, but fans in Tokyo who want to add some magical flair into their life can now pop down to the ‘Mahou Dokoro’ pop up store. It’s named after the magic school located in Japan, as according to Wizarding World of Harry Potter lore.

The merchandise on offer ranges from clothing, to accessories and snacks. There’s a selection of hoodies with some motifs seen in the series, such as Chocolate Frogs, and even Harry’s birthday cake that Hagrid makes him (6600 yen).

Or you can show your house allegiances with trendy shoulder bags (5500 yen).

Hogwarts House scarves are on offer too (1980 yen).

And you can complete the look with a preppy looking shirt in either Gryffindor or Slytherin house colours (7920 yen).

A bag of chocolate coins from Gringotts Bank would make a great addition to any cosplay (1512 yen).

There’s also a chocolate wand with a handy diagram of various spells you can try out for yourself (1512 yen).

The shop will be around until 18th January 2021 on the fourth floor of Tokyo Solamachi. If you can’t make it down but are desperate for magical goods, there’s also an online store.
