As many of our readers have surely seen before, some company cars have the name of their company or the name or image of the products they make painted on their body or windows for advertising purposes.
As a car enthusiast, Twitter user HI (@HI_GR86) naturally pays attention to motor vehicles on a regular basis. But recently, they saw a company van in a parking lot that really stood out.
In particular, it was the back window that caught HI by surprise, as you can see from this Tweet:

"Man, I really did a double-take"
What HI saw was a big sign jutting out from the glass of the back window... or so it seemed. In fact, it was optical illusion art.
Not only the protruding sign but also the details of the cracks on the window were drawn very realistically to create the illusion. On closer inspection, HI could see that the sign said "Optical illusion art signs"
Beneath the illusion art, there was a text which said: "For signs or canopies that go viral..." When you consider that HI's Tweet has over 157,000 likes and 30,800 retweets at the time of writing, you could call it truth in advertising!
HI's Tweet elicited many comments, such as:
It seems to be an advertising method perfectly suited to today's society where social media can provide an effective means for businesses to attract attention from potential customers!
