Elizabethan collars (otherwise known as e-collars or dog cones) are worn by pets to prevent them from licking their wounds during their recovery.
Twitter user ゆきまる Yukimaru (@Cwfojync2viN7wF) knows this all too well since his beloved canine currently has one around his neck.
But instead of just commiserating with his dog for the cumbersome contraption he has to wear, Yukimaru's creativity seems to have been stimulated by its shape.
Take a look at Yukimaru's dog being turned into the main ingredient in a tasty-looking dish:

"I was getting tired of the cone, so I tried to make it look delicious."
The dog cone turned into a tasty-looking bowl of ramen, with the noodles reproduced in yarn. Then you just add the standard ingredients like chopped green onions, slices of naruto fish cake and chāshū braised pork and your bowl of "doggy ramen" is complete!
Many people enjoyed the photo, which elicited reactions such as: "The idea is brilliant!" and "How perfect is this?"
This limited-time "ramen" seems to have brought smiles to many people. And perhaps, for those who have recovering pets, it will inspire more original cone costumes as well.
