Adopting a kitten is a big day for a person, but it may be an even bigger day for the feline.
Japanese Twitter user Motochika (@tyousogave) reminded many online of that when they shared the delightful news that they had adopted a kitten.
Here's them welcoming and introducing the adorable Muku to their home.
As cute as that is, what really charmed the Twitterverse is the follow-up photo. Motochika took the above photo around 5.00pm when Muku arrived at their home.
Motochika then followed that up with an update Muku's status at around 10:00pm the very same evening...

Within a mere five hours, Muku was extremely tuckered out after their big day, and fell into an incredibly soothing sleeping position that almost makes you want to crawl into bed yourself! The relaxing photo received over 170,000 likes and many comments from cat lovers who knew the feeling all too well--with many noting that Muku looks very settled in!
