He is a sumo wrestler called Toyonoshima. He recently posted a series of photos that makes your hair rise:

Toyonoshima actually got his inspiration from a comedian called "Tonikaku Akarui Yasumura" (see below), whose trick is to pretend he's not wearing anything... but even he had his pants on properly!
