Otaru Yogashi LuTao, a Hokkaido-based confectionery store, is famous for its cheesecake. But in 2016, LuTao will release their new dessert called "Yukiakari".

This new dessert is made with a mousse full of Hokkaido-made cream cheese, with 5 whole mandarins inside!

For the sauce, it uses a rare fruit called "seaberry"; and the whole thing is covered again by Gyuhi (a sort of a layer made out of sticky rice).
