Japanese restaurants have quite the reputation for collaborating with one another, but ramen and ice cream may have seemed like a bridge too far--until now!/p>

One of the most known Ramen restaurants in Japan, Ippudo serves quality and popular ramen. You can’t find any of their chain stores without a pack of people lining up, not to mention their stores overseas in 12 different countries. Although they've been succeeding on their own for quite a while, now they are collaborating with an ice cream brand.

This ice cream bar is well familiar to the local people in Kyushu, and they are trying to see if they could spread the popularity of Black Monbran brand series of Milk Ice Bars and Chocolate Vanilla Ice Bars to the other prefectures in Japan. The stick in these ice cream brands doubles as a lottery ticket to certain prizes at Ippudo chains.

Before you head to Ippudo, make sure you have eat an ice cream bar and bring the stick if the ice cream gods smiled upon you. It will be placed in convenient stores from September 1st in Japan.
