Japan’s beloved all you can eat dessert buffet chain Sweets Paradise are getting into the spirit of the season by adding some spooky items to their expansive dessert line-up.
If you don’t know what Sweets Paradise is, the concept is simple and beautiful. The cheapest option is to pay a little over 1000 yen (about $10), and then for 50 minutes you can gorge yourself on as many desserts as you please. The sweet treats are laid out buffet style so you can pick up whichever ones take your fancy. There's even options to stay longer than 50 minutes if you don't mind paying a few yen extra.
Probably the only thing that could make this offer even sweeter, is if they brought out cute Halloween themed desserts for autumn, which is exactly what they have done.
The updated menu includes zombie eyeball jellies.
Bavarois shaped like floating ghosts.
Witch’s carrot chiffon cake.
Mummified banana omelet cake.
And you can quench your thirst with pear flavoured water that has zombie eye jellies swimming in it.
With so many cute and spooky desserts on offer this year in Japan (like these adorable Krispy Kreme doughnuts), it looks like it's shaping up to be the most kawaii Halloween yet!
