Japanese retailer Felissimo already boasts a cuddly evolving from egg to King Penguin plushie as part of its cute and quirky YOU+MORE! series (a play on the pronunciation of "humor" in Japanese), but for added measure they're giving the transforming penguin a pal in the form of this extremely derpy-looking Kiwi keychain and stuffed animal.
The release is a collaboration with Osaka's Tennoji Zoo, the only zoo in Japan that actually hosts a Kiwi. The keychain ships with fruit wrapping (the keychain is the size of an actual kiwi fruit) and the stuffed animal was crafted under supervision of a zoo official for an extra touch of realism.
Both items are available from Felissimo's Japanese and international online stores.
