As companies around the world that can afford to have wisely shifted toward work from home practices as a means of adhering to social distancing protocol amid the coronavirus pandemic, video conference calls and meetings have become the norm. Animation legend Studio Ghibli has decided to help those hanging out online with some customization options by providing some of their beautiful artwork. This week they've released 8 free background wallpapers for fans to use in video chats, featuring awesome illustrations from Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, The Tale of the Princess Kaguya, Howl’s Moving Castle, Ponyo and The Secret World of Arrietty.

The 8 beautiful wallpapers are available directly from Studio Ghibli for direct download.

The beloved animation studio giant isn't alone in the effort, however. Other anime and video game makers have also made free wallpapers available, including backgrounds from Shonen Jump manga series, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Godzilla, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Yakuza, Pokemon, Super Mario, and Persona 5!
