Pokémon GO Is Testing Their Map Locations With Pokemons Around Us
This year Pokemon trainers are spoilt for choice if they want to wear their love for the enduring phenomenon on their sleeve, or any other part of their clothes for that matter. While Pokemon Shirts are releasing the perfect business wear for Pokemon lovers at work, Adidas came through with a whole lineup of sportwear for trainers on the go. Now for casual and trendy fans, Japanese fashion brand GU are jumping in with their own Pokemon-inspired collection.
Uniqlo’s sister brand, GU, is known for affordable and fashionable clothing which keeps abreast of the recent trends, as well as their reasonably priced basics. The popular chain store can be found all over Japan.
Although Uniqlo have collaborated with Pokemon before, this lineup is a first from GU, and as such they’ve gone with a classic and constant concept from the long-running series, main character Ash’s catchphrase, ‘I choose you’. It features 39 of our favourite Pokemon, either featuring in a solo design, or as a combination.
The wearable and extensive collection includes not just stylish pieces of outerwear, but also some loungewear and underwear spanning the men’s, women’s and kids’ sections.
The men’s shirts collection offers both casual t-shirts and slightly smarter collared ones.
The women’s outerwear collection include some loose-fitting cropped t-shirts and some comfy-looking dress-shirts.
For the kids, there’s adorable and colourful t-shirts and sets.
The cute Pokemon loungewear lineup looks perfect for self-isolating at home, playing video games.
Or there’s even men’s underwear for those who want to keep their Pokemon love hidden under their outerwear.
The collection will hit GU’s online store first from 24th April, then you can catch the items in store from 29th April.
