You've probably heard of souffle pancakes. Trending heavily on Japanese social media in recent years, these light, fluff-tastic creations can sometimes tower three or four times the height of a conventional pancake, and are often stacked for even greater effect, decorated with sauces, creams, mousse, syrups, and all kinds of toppings to boot.

In the world of souffle pancakes, Flipper's has built a reputation second to none. We've already introduced the kiseki no pankēki 奇跡のパンケーキ, their self-proclaimed "miraculous" pancakes, before. Not surprisingly for a trendy chain, they offer variations on their pancakes from season to season. And this fall, they're having a "Fall Harvest Festival" featuring a cornucopia of autumn fruits and ingredients, beginning with grapes such as Japanese Shine Muscat and Delaware grapes.

Beginning on September 10th, 2020, you'll be able to sample these special fall flavors at all participating Flipper's stores.

Kiseki Autumn Fruits Pancake with Caramel and Milk Tea

Available until the end of October at all Flipper's locations, this pancake dish is full of autumn fruits, decorated with generous servings of prized Shine Muscat grapes and Delaware grapes, pears, fresh figs, and persimmons. Flipper's famous Kiseki Pancakes are topped with Royal Milk Tea whipped cream, sprinkled with crumbled Earl Grey sablé cookies and served à la mode with a scoop of brown butter caramel nut ice cream.

Finally, to make it even better, it comes with a little pitcher of salted caramel sauce to drizzle to your heart's content.

Available until the end of October, this delicious three-layered dessert begins with a rich pumpkin pudding, followed by pumpkin cream, then topped with souffle cheesecake.
