Whether it's ice cream, gelato, sherbert, sorbet, frozen yogurt, ice cream cake, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, or all of the above, for people who really love frozen desserts, it can be the middle of winter and they'll still be peering into their freezer, looking for something ice cold and delicious to eat.
But what happens when you've finished all the ice cream and there's nothing left? If it's late, you probably won't feel like making a trip to the store just for that. You could add it to your shopping list for the next day... Or you could make a frozen treat by yourself...

* Caramel syrup can easily be made with as little as sugar and water, or with sugar, milk, and butter, but if that sounds like too much trouble, you can replace caramel syrup with chocolate syrup or even honey in a pinch.
How to make

The key is to thoroughly mix the tofu in a food processor to achieve a smooth texture. This will make your ice cream more enjoyable.
