2021 is a historic year for fans of the Sailor Moon series, and more specially for those who are fans of bob-haired, purple-eyed Sailor Saturn.

With a new two-part anime film titled, ‘Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie’, set to release this year, fans are being blessed with all sorts of new content, including a full transformation sequence for Sailor Saturn.

Since the original manga series was adapted into anime in 1992, unlike her friends, Sailor Saturn never got a fully animated transformation sequence to become a magical girl. In the latest trailer released by the Toei Movies Youtube channel, we finally get to see this, and fans are already gushing about it with the 58-second clip becoming one of Youtube’s top trending videos.
