Earlier this year, PST Roppongi (PST stands for Pizza Studio Tamaki, after its chef, Tsubasa Tamaki) distributed free pizza making kits called お家de pizza ouchi de piza ("Pizza at home") to families with children junior high school age and under, allowing them to make their own pizza at home!
Kids could experience making pizza at home
The restaurant decided to distribute the handmade kits to children of families who wanted to avoid crowds due to the novel coronavirus infection, in order to let them have a good time at home.

The pizza dough arrives frozen.
After thawing the pizza dough, you stretch it out by hand, top it with your favorite ingredients, and bake it in a toaster or toaster / oven.
This video explains how it works:
The company distributed 300 sets and surely made many kids and their parents happy.

For those families who ordered the kits, it's not hard to imagine the fun conversations that happened as they discussed what kind of ingredients their kids wanted to put on their pizzas.
